What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are an energetic library of your soul’s history. You are a spiritual being having a temporary human experience. And the eternal part of you, your soul, has an energetic record of every thought, emotion and life experience that has ever happened to you. This is your Akashic Record.
The records are an infinite resource of information not just about your present life on this physical plane, but also past lives and future potentials - I emphasize the word potentials because you have free will and many paths available to you. Energy is always moving and the future is not set in stone.
How does it work?
The key concept in understanding the Akashic Records is that everything is energy. Through meditation, intention and prayer, I align with the same energetic frequency of the records to access them and receive guidance from your cosmic team. Think of it like tuning in a radio to the station you want to listen to.
